I’d remove “/Waive Contingencies.” I almost feel like that walks up to the line of the agents that have been requesting/requiring inspections be waived in order for one offer to be selected over another, and I don’t think REO should be associated, even indirectly, with that. The “Notes of Introduction” have the potential to run into fair housing issues — I’ve had to ask agents to resubmit an offer because they send a letter with a photo of the buyer in multiple bid situations… that’s super risky.
