Can we replace “contractor” with “inspector?” I’d also like to see a section about the add-on inspections that are sometimes applicable: septic, mold, radon, etc. Basically paint the picture that you don’t need to walk right away because something is wrong… get an expert in a particular field if needed.

Ditto to Keenan’s comments. Not all inspectors are contractors and not all contractors are inspectors.
