I don’t know that this is particularly helpful other than explaining to the buyer that the taxes listed on the listing when they buy will be completely irrelevant the following year because of the SEV reset. It might be more useful to give a URL where buyers can look up a millage rate by city and school district, and also provide the formula for calculating a millage:
Property Taxes = ((Purchase Price / 2) / 1000) x MILLAGE RATE + any special assessment
