You can categorize types of leads from cold to warm or by relationship categories, such as buyers, past client, sphere of influence or pesky gopher. Next, ace your game by sending individual or group emails and eCards. Assign plans that match your specific category of clients.

Creating Categories

Log in to OurOnePlace.net, and click on the My Contacts tab.
Choose the Maintenance tab.
Enter a category name in the Contact Category field. Choose Add.


Adding Contacts to Categories

Click on My Contacts in the lefthand menu bar and select a contact.
Scroll down to the Additional Information section.
Select the category from the Personal Category list.
Hold down the Control key and select to add a contact to multiple categories.
