I once heard from a coach or someone to not use the term “dream home” because it sets an unrealistic expectation unless the budget is super-luxury. I’d recommend taking “dream home” out of the map. I also would prefer a direct arrow or number map instead of a Candyland style map. As for the steps, I would put “House is Inspection” after “Offer is Accepted,” and I would create a separate “House is Appraised” after the inspection. Insurance is kind of a last-minute thing usually. And, you are missing the most important step for most people… “Apply for Your Mortgage.” 🙂

I forgot… I’d remove the JAMCO, Capital, and Insurance One labels. I understand the company wants to push its affiliates, but I feel like a Buyers Guide is more of an informative thing, and should be less sales-y.
