Within 24 hours of your listing being posted onto the MLS you will receive an email prompt from TriggerMarketing.* This email invites you to order a pre-made Just Listed/Just Sold postcard featuring the property information pulled directly from the MLS. In two clicks, you can proof and order a custom postcard that will be sent as a radius mailing.

The order starts at 50 postcards at 70 cents per card ($35), which is charged to your AR. The quantity can be increased under the “Change settings before placing order” option.** Other designs are available under these order settings. SOI or geographical lists can be uploaded for postcard distribution here, too. Keep in mind, the radius mailing of 50 postcards is a required starting point for your order.
Aside from being hassle free, completely mobile and cost-effective, TriggerMarketing gives you the power to monitor activity and track leads. There are three ways for a customer to view your listing: QR Code, SMS Text and a unique URL. TriggerMarketing will notify you of warm leads and hot leads, sending the customer’s contact information to your email. Detailed activity reports can be sent to your sellers and are great additions for your listing presentation.
