The Community Booklet is an excellent product to show that you know best about your client’s new area. Whether you are a rookie sales associate doing floor time or have plenty of experience in the real estate world, this booklet is bound to impress any client that gets their hands on one.
The booklet covers neighborhood information, local attractions and school district details. From parks and recreation to entertainment events, all of the town’s hubbub is covered in the booklet’s content. Plus, the contact information for the area’s government, health, safety and education is also included.
Here’s how to download the Community Booklet PDF files:
Log on to OurOnePlace.net.
Click on “Downloads” within the “Market Yourself” menu.
Click on the “Real Estate One” folder.
Click on the “Community Booklets” folder.
Select the area of your choice and download the file.
Booklets can be personalized with your contact information. Print it double-sided, in booklet format through Acrobat or email it as a PDF attachment. Please ask your eMC if you need further assistance.

2016 Calendar
The 2016 Calendar for the new year is now available on OurOnePlace.net. This calendar features your personal contact information and displays all 12 months and dates of the coming year. You have a couple delivery options to choose from: send the calendar as an eCard or print it and give it to your client in person!

PRINT or save to your computer
SEND THE eCARD
LOG IN to OurOnePlace.net
CLICK “My Contacts,” and select the recipients of the eCard
CLICK “Compose Email” and select the category “Other eCards”
SELECT “Ecard – 2016 Calendar”
TYPE in a personalized message and click Send Email
