The MKTG Department is staffed at the corporate office of the Real Estate One Family of Companies in Southfield.

MKTG establishes, maintains, and evolves the brand identity of the brokerages within our family of companies, including Real Estate One, Max Broock, Advantage Realty, Reinhart Realtors, and Johnstone & Johnstone.

MKTG promotes the affiliate brands within our family of companies, made up of John Adams Mortgage Company, Capital Title Insurance Agency, Insurance One Agency, Rental Management One, and Relocation America International.

As an extension of the MKTG Department, we rely on you to uphold our brand image and to help our sales associates understand the value of the tools and programs we provide to enhance their business.

Because of our expansive network of offices across the state, it’s important you assist in on-boarding new sales associates onto our Tech & MKTG platforms, ensuring all team members are aware of the resources available.

Our sales associates are masters of multitasking, but may need your assistance to help them maintain a strong online presence and keep up-to-date on prospecting.

Through the resources available to you, you’ll become familiar with the systems and technologies we provide to aid in the productivity of our sales associates, and you’ll play a huge role in empowering our sales associates to adapt these tools.

Our Tech & MKTG departments will keep you posted on company-wide updates and announcements through Scott’s Tech Tips, What’s New, and The Core campaigns. It’s so important you make sure sales associates in your office are in the loop, too.

With access to LucidPress, we’ve armed you with templates to generate marketing materials to promote associates and their listings.

Logging into the GSI Portal

The GSI portal is easily accessible directly through our company intranet, OurOnePlace.com. Under the marketing section, select Doorhangers from the drop down menu for the link to Graphic Services. 

Agents and admins across our different brokerage brands each have their own unique username and password. If asked, provide agents with the login info when they are ordering materials for their business. You’ll use the admin login when ordering for the office.

Connection made easy.

A contact relationship manager (CRM) is an essential tool for the modern marketer, and aren’t we all marketers these days? Commonly used CRMs are MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Salesforce. 

Our Family of Companies offers a unique CRM, OnePlace Connect, specially designed for our sales associates serving the real estate industry. Access the CRM through our company intranet, ouroneplace.com, when you select the Contacts, Listings, CMA, or Website areas of the navigation menu.

OnePlace Connect helps our agents optimize their workflow, create more efficient systems, and automate their marketing. It’s a hub to collect, organize, and manage customer contact information, as well as keep tabs on communication and interactions. 

Group contacts into categories to make communication more effective and manageable. Examples of categories could be “Friends & Family”, “Open House Attendees”, “Prospective Buyers”, and “Prospective Sellers”. Make sure the people in these categories are receiving updates and information that is valuable to them. 

Workflow on the go.

The OnePlace Connect mobile app is by far the easiest way to import contacts from a mobile device.

This app is not available in Google Play or the App Store, but rather a website (see below). Because of this, there are certain permissions you need to grant to download to OnePlace Connect to your device. Consult to the installation instructions below to grant these special permissions.
