Your client registers for the program and selects the exact criteria they are looking for in their new home. 1st to Know will then alert your client via email or text when a matching property comes on the market (or a listing price drops into their range). Your client can search for properties through our 1st to Know mobile site or they can call about a specific listing, as well. They can also get caught up on any sold listings, status changes or open houses in their designated areas of interest.
Now for the juicy part… When your client is using the 1st to Know program, you as their sales representative get a major insider look at the exact properties your client is viewing. When your client shows interest in a property, you are notified via text or email. This allows you to be in the know and prepared with all of the property details before your client even tells you about it!
1st to Know is the fastest (and easiest) way for you and your buyer to get the latest information on new listings or existing listings. Think of it as your inside source to the MLS!
